Pre-Screening

During the pre-screening phase, we conduct a thorough evaluation to confirm your alignment with essential criteria. This involves scrutinizing your qualifications,
experience, and enthusiasm in relation to the job opening. Key components of this stage include:

  • Screening application materials such as resumes, cover letters, and references to evaluate your fit for the role.
  • Document verification (education and experience) by expert third party verification team
  • Acquiring a police clearance certificate and administering a drug test as integral parts of our selection procedure
  • Engaging in an initial interview to establish a personal connection and evaluate your qualifications and suitability for the position
Step 2

Interview

Our interview process is designed to be thorough and multifaceted. It includes various elements to evaluate your suitability for the position:

  • Psychometric testing: You will participate in psychometric tests that assess your cognitive abilities, personality traits, and behaviors.
  • Small case study: You will be presented with a small case study or practical task to solve.
  • Screening by a technical expert: Tailored technical questions will be asked to gauge your skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Presentation skills: If necessary, you may be required to deliver a brief presentation on a given topic to showcase your communication and presentation abilities.

Following these assessments, there will be an online interview with our client. This comprehensive selection procedure aims to provide a holistic evaluation of your
capabilities.

Step 3

Post Selection

Upon finalizing the employment contract and leading up to your first day at work, we offer the following services to assist you during this transition:

  • Educating you about the next process
  • Coordinating between the parties to get the offer rolled out
  • Offering optional translation services for contract documents to ensure clear understanding of all employment terms and conditions
  • Assisting with visa application
  • Facilitating relocation by arranging flight bookings and organizing initial accommodation in Germany (optional)
  • Receiving you and providing orientation until the commencement of work, including guidance on administrative procedures, registration at the place of
    residence, and other essential steps for a seamless transition into Germany.
