  • Initiating contact with candidates through personalized messages designed to capture their attention and generate interest in the opportunity.

Pre-Screening

During the pre-screening phase, we conduct a thorough evaluation of candidates to confirm their alignment with essential criteria. This involves scrutinizing their
qualifications, experience, and enthusiasm in relation to the job opening. Key components of this stage include:

  • Sreening application materials such as resumes, cover letters, and references to gauge the candidate’s appropriateness for the role.
  • Acquiring a police clearance certificate and administering a drug test as integral parts of our selection procedure.

  • Coordinating between the client and the candidate to get the offer rolled out
  • Offering optional translation services for contract documents to ensure clear understanding of all employment terms
  • Assisting with visa applications
  • Facilitating relocation by arranging flight bookings and organizing initial accommodation in Germany (optional).
  • Providing orientation until the commencement of work, including guidance on administrative procedures, registration at the place of residence, and other essential steps for a seamless transition into Germany.
